3. Appointment Scheduling
To book an appointment with Dhima Medical Clinic, you must provide accurate and complete information. Appointment bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our clinic. We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion.
- Cancellations: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked treatment price.
- No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
4. Health and Safety
You agree to provide accurate health information during the consultation process. You acknowledge that certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, allergies, or other contraindications. Our medical professionals will assess whether the treatment is appropriate for you during the consultation.
Dhima Medical Clinic will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or side effects resulting from services provided. You are encouraged to seek medical advice before proceeding with treatments if you have concerns.
5. Payment
By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to pay for the services and products at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods outlined on the website, and all payments are processed securely.
All treatments are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or returns once the service has been performed. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for further details.
6. Product Purchases
If you purchase any products from Dhima Medical Clinic, including skincare, supplements, or other goods, you acknowledge that these products are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
We make no claims or warranties regarding the effectiveness or results of the products. If you have concerns or experience adverse reactions, please contact us immediately.
