Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1 January 2025
Thank you for choosing Dhima Medical Clinic for your aesthetic treatments. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases or booking any services.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances for services rendered or products purchased from Dhima Medical Clinic.
1. No Refunds or Returns
Once a service is performed or a treatment is administered at Dhima Medical Clinic, all payments are considered final. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as:
- Botox treatments
- Profhilo injections
- Skincare treatments
- Consultation fees
Because of the nature of our medical and aesthetic services, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.
2. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked treatment price.
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled treatment cost.
3. Medical Exceptions
If a medical issue arises that prevents the treatment from being administered, we may allow a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost. However, no refunds will be given for treatments that have already been performed.
4. Products
Any products purchased from Dhima Medical Clinic, including skincare items and supplements, are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been purchased.
5. Client Satisfaction
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your treatment. If you have any concerns about the results, please reach out to us directly. However, dissatisfaction with the outcome of a treatment or product will not be grounds for a refund.
